CPT Johnny Wagner, DB442, is attached to the 11 ACR as the Task Force Freedom C-3 Air for Multinational Force- North West Iraq.
CPT Trent Conner, DB422, is back home from Iraq. He will be PCSing to Fort Irwin.
LTC John Wilson, DB265, retired from the Army in July and is teaching in Texas.
Tommy West, DB428, is getting married in SEP.
Burton Williams, DB323, is expecting child number three in OCT.
CPT Lawrence Cousins, DB424, is in the military department at NGCSU.
Tom Craton, DB140, has a nephew, 2LT Edward Craton was commissioned August 12 and is now at Ft. Sill.

CPT Jeremy Chandler, DB469, Joins Chapter Eternal

FORT BRAGG, N.C. (USASOC News Service, Aug. 15, 2005) — An Army Special Forces Soldier died Aug. 11 in the Afghan province of Uruzgan, north of Kandahar while conducting pre-mission training for pending combat operations.

Capt. Jeremy A. Chandler was assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), died in Tarin Khowt, Afghanistan, from non-battle related injuries, while he was conducting training operations. The accident is under investigation. Chandler, 30, deployed to Afghanistan in support of the Global War on Terrorism. This was his third deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. 

 Chandler was commissioned in the Army following graduation from North Georgia College in Dahlonega, Ga., in 1997. He graduated from basic airborne and infantry officer training at Fort Benning, Ga., in 1998 and was assigned as an infantry officer with the 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Ky. He deployed with the battalion to Kosovo in 2000 supporting Operation Joint Guardian.

Chandler's awards and decorations include a Bronze Star Medal for valor, three Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medal, two National Defense Service Medals, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Air Assault Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Master Free Fall Parachutist Badge, Special Forces Tab and Ranger Tab.

His wife Wendy, Raeford, N.C., and his parents, LTC Alan and Jonnie Chandler of Richmond Hill, GA, survive Chandler.
